Does anything come to mind?
Its UNITY! I am gonna talk about unity today! :D .lol. Right so I think we all know the reasons why our PM keeps promoting 1 Malaysia these days.The purpose is easy! to live happily ever after!;to continue living in love, peace and harmony..as one; like...emmm...marriage! happy marriage i mean! <3 24/7 the whole place is all bright and lovable, with pink hearts floating above the grounds and golden candy everywhere. Oh and cute fuzzy bears walking around. You can actually feel the warmth. Awwww :D Thus there should be some efforts to dwell the spirit of unity especially among youngsters or students in schools and universities.
FYI, we have actually discussed this topic in class before. There were some points given but i dont really remember all the points. These are what i managed to get:
- sitting arrangement
-teachers as role models
-cultural performance
I actually agree with all the points above! But i can see that cultural is actually the best yet simple and suitable way to promote unity in either school or university.As we are living in a multicultural country, we got tons of diversities! By learning and sharing more information
about each other's culture can actually give some impacts in order to promote unity. If we managed to understand and respect each other then there wont be any problems to be united, to be one. In school teachers should encourage students to mix with everyone! do loads of activities which involve all type of races. To make this thing works we also need to avoid bad-thinking about other races.
