Mouse is.. just... confusing!

In my last bel class we talked about singularplural-rules. And then we came across this cofussion:

MOUSE and COMPUTER MOUSE

so what do u think? usually the plural for mouse is mice right? then what about computer mouse? is it computer mice? or computer mouses?

hmmmm. i need an english expert! i dont even know what's da answer. hehehe are u thinking what im thinking? :DD YEAH LETS GOOGLE IT!

OKAY, so based on da internet:

• some said usually computer companies use 'mouse devices' to avoid this sticky arguments.
• some also said using computer mice is alright.
• another some said the acronym for mouse is "manually-operated-user- select-equipment" it should be pluralised as 'mouses'

right.. so da conclusion is this word: mouse makes people go bananas! lol :P

But in my opinion it would be 'mouses' coz what i mean by mouses is devices, not real mouse/mice. but mice is fine somehow as long as people know what we mean. Plus we havent got any official ruling aite, thus use any!(errr..i guess) hehehe.
